Permit for Rescue Services

BKP successfully assisted a client in applying for a permit to provide rescue services in Eastern Switzerland. BKP assisted the company in clarifying legal issues in connection with the permit requirements, in preparing and submitting the permit application and in applying for OKP approval for billing at the expense of Swiss health insurance companies.
